Stephine Brimley



Growing up, I always knew becoming a chef was my calling. Baking was something I loved to do when I was a just a small child, so early on I made the decision that I would do what I loved. With hard work and dedication, I did just that! I climbed up the ladder to success and now here I am today.


I started off as a dietary aide, then a cook, finally a food service director, and now an executive pastry chef. I leaned more towards desserts. I loved baking and decorating, so I decided to make it official and get my Baking and Pastries Art Degree.


After following the Food Network for decades, and learning that some of my favorite celebrity chefs went to Le Cordon Bleu, I was sold! I was very excited to start my journey. I graduated in 2012 and that's when Infinity Sweets was born.


For me, baking is my passion, my go to stress reliever, my happy place, and creativity zone. I love that I can escape and bring peace and happiness to myself as well as others through my delicious pastries and beautiful edible art.
